understanding healthy

Health is a common condition of a person in all aspects. It is also a functional level and / or metabolic efficiency of organisms, often implicitly humans.

At the time of the founding of the World Health Organization (WHO), in 1948, health is defined as "state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely absence of disease or infirmity"

Only a handful of publications have focused specifically on the definition of health and evolution in the first six decades.
Some of them highlight the lack of operational value and the problems created by using the word "complete." Another definition states, which have not been modified since 1948, "only the bad."

In 1986, WHO, the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion, said that health is "a resource for everyday life, not the goal of life.
